The Drifting Memorial is an interactive video installation based on the motion-based fishing game created by artist Di Yang in the ground. It is displayed at the 01 cabin post by Jinji Lake, where the audience can interact with the artwork through the virtual fishing game. In the game, the audience does not catch the "fish", but the video fragments that are stitched together. Di Yang, an artist who grew up in Suzhou, took this project as an opportunity to re-use the lens to see, recall the past years, observe and think about the current life. The resulting fragments are both echoes of the past and closely connected to the present, reflecting on the impact of 30 years of rapid urban development on people and redefining our understanding of "speed" and "identity."……
